Coronavirus Statement

The campground is open to accommodate all camping. However we are limiting the number of sites used and there are NO GUESTS allowed in the park at this time. We have limited facilities available and our indoor pool is open with 25% capacity. The Hot Tub is NOT able to be open at this time. Masks are required per Governor’s Executive Order in all indoor spaces including on the indoor pool deck. Please call for details and information on what is open in our area 989-652-6668.

We have a strong, structured cleaning regimen for the campground and our facilities are cleaned regularly with approved disinfectants. With the outbreak of COVID-19 there will be increased cleaning and sanitizing of surfaces more frequently.  We are reviewing additional efforts and are prepared to implement them if, and when needed.

According to the CDC website (https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/php/water.html) there is no evidence that COVID-19 can be spread to humans through the use of pools. Proper operation, maintenance, and disinfection (e.g., with chlorine and bromine) of pools should remove or inactivate the virus that causes COVID-19.

We are encouraging all staff members to take precautionary health measures, and encouraging any staff who are exhibiting flu-like symptoms to stay home.

We will continue with updates as more information becomes available or if any other actions are necessary in this continually changing health emergency.
